Summer 2020/21 Grades

By May half-term students will have completed all work in their subjects, and teachers will come together in departments to moderate and assign grades. Teachers are using a range of evidence to determine grades from across their course. This includes classwork, homework, exams, coursework and any other work completed as part of the course.  If a student has missed a piece of evidence due to a Covid-19 enforced absence this will not affect their grade, as teachers will use a range of other evidence to make their judgement.

Please be aware that students cannot be told their final grade before results day in any circumstances.  They will, however, be told which evidence is used to determine their grade.
