School Evaluation Form (SEF)
Woodside High school recognises the importance of self-evaluation as a crucial part of our schools’ on going cycle of review and planning. This form is designed to be an important tool in this process, enabling us to capture a summary of our evaluations. In the form we indicate our key strengths as well as what needs to be tackled to effect improvement. The form clearly outlines the progress our students are making, the effectiveness of our teaching, the behaviour of our students, the quality of our school’s leadership as well as the social and moral aspects of our school.
Ofsted graded our school as “Outstanding” in 2011 and again in 2014. We believe Woodside high School continues to be an “Outstanding” school. This form is reviewed three times a year.
